Here at Reagan Hallett Catering quality is paramount. From our excellant butchers in Aberfoyle to our fishmonger who buys directly from the boats up and down the coast. Our knowledgable cheesemonger, George Mewes of Byres Road Glasgow who sources the best of Scottish and Continental cheeses and our vegetable supplier who hits the markets first thing to ensure he always has the best in stock.
Sometimes our clients even like to use their own produce in their menus. Home grown veg, home reared meat or fish caught personally! This is no problem at all for our chefs.
