Weddings

From Sumptuous, freshly prepared traditional buffets to seated banquets of several courses, we will do our very best to ensure the food for your big day is exactly what you had in mind.

We specialise in sitting down with you and discussing your exact requirements then coming up with some great menu suggestions to fit the occasion And it needn't cost the earth - we can tailor menus to suit most budgets.

Bespoke menus

We've been asked to cater for all sorts of tastes including Italian feasts with rich antipasti and slow roast meats; Traditional roast beef and Yorkshire puddings with all the trimmings and a six course tasting menu from around the world. We also prepare some great traditional buffets and desserts using some of the great ingredients Scotland has to offer including fresh seafood and ethically sourced, quality meat, fresh fruit and vegetables.
We are also experienced in catering for certain dietary requirements and choices - For example, vegetarian and vegan feasts, entirely gluten free menus, or Menus designed to avoid any food allergies.

Great service, tailored to suit you

We offer a number of service options. From full table service to 'table banquets' - where dishes are placed on the table for your guests can serve themselves. We also do buffets and BBQs for a more relaxed approach. We can help with drink sourcing and serving. What ever you decide, our skilled staff are always friendly, efficient and on hand to ensure your day runs smoothly.


Stylishly presented

We eat with our eyes!
What ever menu you decide on we can promise you it will be stylishly presented. Each dish is carefully put together to not only taste great, but to  be a feast for the eyes. Beautifully garnished and presented on either vintage platters or plain white to tantalise your guests.










Centrepieces

We also do edible centrepieces. Lovely piles of meringues, interwoven with flowers, for your guests to have for dessert with berries and cream; Fine continental and Scottish cheeses with teaming fruit bowls, crackers and quince jelly; Selections of beautifully garnished nibbles, laid out for your guests to have as a decorative starter. . . We can specifically tailor these to be in keeping with your theme for the day.
